Andy Herb, Associate Broker

Andy Herb is a 2006 graduate of Boyertown Area Senior High School. He continued his education at DeSales University in the Lehigh Valley, graduating in the winter of 2010 with bachelor’s degrees in Management and Marketing. As the son of a broker/owner, Andy has been immersed in real estate from a young age and understands what it takes to succeed in a constantly evolving industry.

Licensed since 2008, Andy brings a well-rounded perspective and deep knowledge to every transaction. He is well versed in all aspects of real estate, including residential, commercial, income-producing properties, leasing, and property management. Over the years, he has continued to grow professionally through education and hands-on experience. He earned his e-PRO designation in 2009, the National Association of Realtors’ first technology certification, followed by the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation in 2010. In 2015, Andy achieved a major milestone by obtaining his broker’s license. In 2025, he was selected to participate in the Tri County Suburban Realtor® Association’s Leadership Development Program—recognition of his commitment to both the profession and the communities he serves.

Andy is deeply involved in his local community. He is active with the Boyertown Midget Baseball League, where he has coached his children since Tee Ball and currently serves as a division commissioner. He also volunteers as President of his Homeowner’s Association, which includes 221 homes—one of the largest homeowner-run subdivisions in the area. Additionally, Andy serves on the Philadelphia Avenue Street Fair Committee for the Berks-Mont Business Association.

Andy resides in Gilbertsville with his wife and children. He prides himself on putting his clients and his reputation above all else, delivering honest, informed, and client-focused service in every transaction.
